How It Works
Bring your Pipedrive CRM data into your Flashbox workspace with our built-in connector. Paste your API token (found in Settings > Personal preferences > API) and choose from five resource types: deals, persons, organizations, activities, and leads. Each resource is fetched via the v2 API with cursor-based pagination and flattened into clean tables. Combine your sales pipeline data with marketing, revenue, or support data for a complete picture.
Setting up Pipedrive access
Find your API token
In Pipedrive, go to Settings (gear icon) > Personal preferences > API. Copy the 40-character API token shown on that page.
Paste the token in Flashbox
Click "Add Pipedrive Connection", then paste your API token into the configuration dialog. The token grants read access to all CRM data visible to your Pipedrive user.
Select resources to import
Choose from deals, persons, organizations, activities, or leads. Each resource creates a flat table in your workspace with all fields included.
