How It Works
Bring your Klaviyo email and SMS marketing data into your Flashbox workspace with our built-in connector. Import profiles enriched with predictive analytics (CLV, churn risk, purchase predictions), campaigns with open rates, click rates and delivery stats, and automated flows with the same performance metrics. Combine your marketing data with revenue, product, or CRM data for a complete picture.
Setting up Klaviyo access
Create a Private API Key
In Klaviyo, go to Settings > API Keys > Create Private API Key. Give it a name like "Flashbox Analytics".
Select read scopes
Grant Read-only access to: profiles, campaigns, and flows. Note: you cannot edit scopes after creation — create a new key if you need different scopes.
Copy the API key
After creating the key, copy it immediately (starts with "pk_"). You won't be able to view it again. Paste it into Flashbox when prompted.
Select resources to import
Flashbox will show available Klaviyo resources (Profiles, Campaigns, Flows). Click "Import" on each resource you want — each creates a table in your workspace with performance metrics.
