How It Works
Bring your HubSpot CRM data into your Flashbox workspace with our built-in connector. Create a Service Key in HubSpot (Development > Keys > Service keys), select the CRM read scopes, and paste the key into Flashbox. Choose from contacts, companies, and deals — each resource is flattened with all properties for clean analysis. Combine your CRM data with marketing, revenue, or product data to get a complete picture of your business.
Setting up HubSpot access
Create a Service Key
In HubSpot, go to Development > Keys > Service keys and click "Create service key". Give it a name like "Flashbox Analytics". Requires super admin or Developer tools access.
Select scopes
Check the boxes for crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.companies.read, and crm.objects.deals.read. These give Flashbox read-only access to your CRM data.
Copy the service key
After creating the key, copy it (starts with "pat-"). Paste it into Flashbox when prompted. We'll validate it and show available resources.
Select resources to import
Flashbox will show available HubSpot resources (Contacts, Companies, Deals). Click "Import" on each resource you want — each creates a table in your workspace that syncs automatically.
